  1. Five minutes before candle lighting and the Shabbat Persian feast is finally ready, or as ready as it's going to be. The most amazing aroma is coming from the rose water and cinnamon spiced chicken and the salmon kebabs are bursting with color and flavor. The roulade is a piece of art. I went extra heavy on the chocolate drizzle. My tadig is amateur to say the least, but managed to flip on to the serving try with ease.

    Thanks so much to loyal Le Market who came through with the rose water. I should have checked there first.
